Honors College Joint BA or BS/MS Degree Program

About the Program

Honors College students interested in computer science and engineering can pursue a joint Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree at the Honors College and a Masters of Science degree through the College of Engineering and Computer Science (COECS). Students complete the prerequisite coursework for the masters degree while at the Wilkes Honors College in their first 4 years, and can complete the masters coursework in the College of Engineering and Computer Science. Many of the prerequisite COECS courses are available online.

  • Take up to 9-credits of graduate coursework while in the Honors College.
  • The GRE requirement is waived.
What are the Steps and Requirements for Applying to the Program?
How Long Does the Program Take to Complete

Students need to complete at least 30 credits for both thesis and non-thesis options. Students are able to finish within one year if they are enrolled as a full-time student.
